Chiropractic is a primary health care profession that utilises a hands on approach in order to assess, treat and manage musculoskeletal conditions. Chiropractors look at the interaction between joints, muscles and nerves, using the body to help facilitate the healing process. At Abertawe Chiropractic Clinic our ethos is that chiropractic treatment is accessible for all. This is achieved by treating each patient’s individual needs, searching for the root cause of the problem rather than just achieving symptomatic relief. We also have appointment times to reflect this, as we feel it is important everyone takes time for their health.
As chiropractors, we undergo an intensive 5 year course and regular professional development courses to provide the most up to date and patient specific treatments. All our chiropractors are members of the British Chiropractic Association and are registered chiropractors with the General Chiropractic Council. Sarah, Sian and James have also completed training with the Royal College of Chiropractors. Sarah is a Licentiate member with the Royal College of Chiropractors.
